The long years of work of the team under the leadership of Jan Kościuszko allowed us to create products according to proven old recipes with excellent quality, we also successfully create new recipes in a professional production plant in Bystra with international IFS certificate.
The company was founded by Jan Kościuszko and his son Michał. Jan Kościuszko is the founder of the legendary restaurants "Chłopskie Jadło" in 1996-2006 decorated with most industry awards and honors. He is the initiator and organizer of the "Christmas Eve for the Homeless and People in Need" held for 26 years in the Kraków market square.
30 years of practice in the culinary field has allowed us to develop a system that enables us to prepare in practice any menu for the needs of the customer and deliver these products anywhere in the country.
The quality of our products is guaranteed by Jan Kościuszko, who supervises a team of excellent technologists, cooks employed by the company for many years, and a production plant in Bystra with international IFS certificate.
We specialize in the production and sale of frozen ready meals. What distinguishes our company is great flexibility, which allows us to quickly adapt to changing market trends, as well as the needs of our customers.
In our offer you can find products that will be the basis for composing the most sophisticated dishes. Traditional recipes, local suppliers as well as quality without compromise are the basis of our success. Our products are perfect for small and medium-sized catering as well as restaurants, and using them allows you to rationally prepare a catering offer of high standards.
In 2022 a new line was created for ready meals in cans and jars. Products in cans as well as in jars are classics of Polish cuisine without chemicals and preservatives produced by artisanal method, sterilized.
We supply a wide range of products to HoReCa companies and the largest gas station chains, taking care of the high level of their catering offer.
So far we have been trusted by such companies as Ikea, Lotos, BP, Amic Polska, Farutex, Wawel, Banfood, Bacówka and many others.
