Bigos on meat, bacon, smoked meat and mushrooms
This typically crowning dish of Polish cuisine is prepared from sauerkraut from Charsznica, a solid portion of bacon, pork meat and mushrooms with herbs and dried prunes.No cooking required. Free from chemicals and preservatives. It owes its excellent taste to preparation according to traditional Polish recipes. Products in cans are available in two sizes: 840g and 400g.
